Compensation
As a KAPS & CO employee, you will receive a guaranteed base salary plus quarterly bonus opportunities based on achieving goals and benchmarks. We recognize and reward individual as well as team performance.
Incentives
We provide daily, weekly, and monthly results-based incentives along with salary and other traditional benefits.
